VINTAGE ROSBRO / E. ROSEN HARD PLASTIC TOY HALLOWEEN SCARECROW CANDY CONTAINER

Offered here is a vintage scarecrow Halloween toy or party favor. I believe that these were originally sold with candy, or lollipops, in the opening on his back. It is not marked, but this was made by Rosbro / E. Rosen, circa 1950's or 1960's. It measures just under 5 inches tall. The condition is VERY GOOD. There is a small melt mark (about the size of a match head) near his groin. (See close-up with pencil point.) It is hardly noticeable - you pretty much have to be "looking for it." There is a small notch on the top of his JOL head, I think this is by design, where a tag originally hung. The stem on top of his head is still intact. It displays very nicely, and is guaranteed to be old & original, or your money back.
