Vintage, Harvest Grape, Blue Carnival Glass by Indiana Glass Co., Creamer and Sugar on Tray.
There are no chips or cracks, there are some utensil marks here or there.  There may be more than one of imperfections from manufacturing, but they are not chips, there is one shown on the last photo listed above
Measurements are approximate:
Creamer 4" Tall X 4 1/2" Across X 3 1/4" Diameter at Top Rim
Sugar  3 3/4" Tall X 3 1/4" Diameter
Tray 8 3/4" Long X 5 1/4" Across X 3/4 Tall
