ZIP FLY, WATERPROOF GORETEX SEAM-SEALED. 2 PASS THRU SNAPPED FLAP ACCESSES FRONT, ZIP ANKLES. CINCH WAIST AND HOOK AND LOOP ADJUSTABLE HEMS.just washed and clean, a small area on the back of a hem has been patched to reinforced, and a small area inside of the hook and look tab has a small patch ( not seen on outside). no stains or holes a few scuffs on rear. overall look good, all seams are sealed.
