It is 19 pages long, so contains a lengthy discussess a report and a variety of  options to examine and the different plans for the improvement of the harbor of BUFFALO, NY. ALSO HAS A GREAT SEVERAL PAGE FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AT THE END WHICH COVERS ALL THE NEEDED WORK,
    Talks about the details of the harbor and all the other related waterways. Includes detailed reports from various officers of the Corps of Engineers. GREAT DETAIL ABOUT ALL THE OPTIONS WITH PROS & CONS OF EACH. A nice early summary of this subject FROM 170 YEARS AGO!!  Would be a great addition to a collection of anyone interested in Harbor consrruction, ESPECIALLY FOR A COLLECTION OF BUFFALO ITEMS.
