This is a natural 1970 Washington Truck license plate. That means there are no other year tags on the plate. This style of truck plate with a single digit “U” “L” and “A” are correct for 1968-1970. They came out in that order. The A series like this plate came out in 1970. Starting in 1971 was the two digit prefix for truck plates starting with GA-GZ
I would call this plate driver quality. It shows some use and it’s age. But would look good on an original 1970 truck. Some dents and dings, scrapes and scratches. There is a little damage to the top bolt holes. There is some fading and cracks in the sheeting. But there are no cracks in the metal, and no extra holes! Has a nice original 1970 truck tag! Look at the pictures closely for the best description.
