Low Number 1954-57 Washington State Island County Trailer License Plate 553 TLIS

This is a 1954 Washington License Plate. The big TL together designate trailer. The small IS is the county. IS was for Island County. This plate is longer and narrower than the standard 6x12 plate. It’s solid but does have a lot of issues with the paint. As you can see in the pictures there is paint loss. Lots of small scratches. Does also have some dents and a couple extra holes. Please look at the pictures closely. Comes with the 57 tag. This is a harder County to get. This would be a great plate to have restored. This plate can be used for 54-57 with Appropriate metal tags for 55,56 and 57. This is legal to use in Washington under the (YOM) law. Year of Manufacture. Any vehicle, (even trailers) 30 years old or older that isn’t a daily driver can pay a one time fee and permanently register vintage plates to their vehicle.
