Description
Japanese Edo Celadon Hibachi - Okame . Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.Rare Japanese Edo Period magnificent Celadon Hibachi in a shape of Okame with a cloth around her head. The cloth is of a jade color Celadon. The hibachi is finely done and glazed. An opening on the back is for charcoals to warm up the room. The bottom of Hibachi has an iron oxidation and other evidence of early kiln.
The Hibachi is in excellent condition with only a light hairline on one side (almost invisible and does not effect the beauty of the art object).
