A wartime intelligence agency during World War II, the OSS is the predecessor to the modern day Central Intelligence Agency. Speakers at the dedication ceremony included the Speaker of the House Paul Ryan (R-WI) and House minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), among others.
