1956 Silvertone Model 7006
This is an unrestored Deep Brown 1956 Silvertone AM radio model 7006. Classic 1950's look, with its mid-century "V" shaped tuning indicator. Cabinet is in solid condition with no breaks or cracks, but there are a few blemishes and minor scratches. Original cardboard backer and power cord are in good shape. This radio powered up and received all local AM radio stations with good clear reception, and there is some minor static in between stations, but not when you are tuned in to a station.
This radio will be properly packed to protect it from physical damage during shipping. I have NEVER had an issue with physical damage during shipping in all my years of selling fragile antique electronics. Though due to the age of this radio, and the nature of vintage tube radios, I cannot guarantee that it will arrive functioning in the same manner, as when I shipped it, since vibrations in shipping can affect the electronics. This seldom is the case, but it can happen. Therefore, it is being sold as is, for restoration, repair, or parts, without warranty and returns are not accepted.
