Description

1952 Silvertone AM radio Model 5. This as found  unrestored Silvertone radio is in excellent condition for its age. No breaks or cracks in the cabinet, just a few scratches and scuffs that would be expected of a 69 year old radio.
This radio powered up and received local AM radio stations. There is a little bit of scratchiness while adjusting the volume.
This radio will be properly packed to protect it from physical damage during shipping. I have NEVER had an issue with physical damage during shipping in all my years of selling fragile antique electronics. Though due to the age of this radio, and the nature of vintage tube radios, I cannot guarantee that it will arrive functioning in the same manner, as when I shipped it, since vibrations in shipping can affect the electronics. This seldom is the case, but it can happen. Therefore, it is being sold as is, for restoration, repair, or parts, without warranty and returns are not accepted.
